Kundalini yoga balances the body and mind and enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your true identity, your ‘sat nam’. It works by balancing the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, bringing heightened awareness and creativity to those who practice it.
Classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam (breathing), mantra, and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and mental elevation.
Lucy also offers the opportunity for 1-2-1 sessions. There can be many reasons for working 1-2-1 with a yoga teacher. You may not have done yoga before and feel that you would like to learn the basics before attending a group class. Or you may want to go more deeply into an area you feel they would like to work on. Another reason can be if you have a particular injury or are in recovery and feel you need some specialist advice that would not be available in a general class setting. Any and all reasons are valid.
